Tasting in the cellar in Val Di Noto

How about a good glass of wine in the company of your partner or friends in the vineyards of eastern Sicily?

This tasting of wines and flavors of the island will not only be a pleasure for your taste buds, but also a moment of relaxation and escape.

By booking your experience directly here, you can choose two types of tasting.

Simple tasting:

including a walk through the vineyards, visit to the cellar, tasting of 4 labels of white and red wines plus a side dish of typical Sicilian products. Duration approximately 1h 30 ‘, booking preferably within the day before.

Wine tasting with lunch:

including a walk through the vineyards, visit to the cellar, lunch accompanied by tasting of 8 labels including white and red wines.

Duration approximately 2h 30 ‘, booking preferably within 3 days in advance.

In both tastings you will be able to taste the IGP dried tomato, green olives and organic black olives of our own production, caciocavallo ragusano DOP, Sicilian pecorino IGP, Nebrodi salami with pistachio, “cunzatu” bread with organic extra virgin olive oil of own production, bruschetta with Pachino cherry tomatoes IGP.

A first course of Sicilian-style pasta or cous cous and dessert should be added to the tasting with lunch.
